Can I bring my pet?

No, pets are not allowed at Kirk Stay. We make exceptions for service dogs.

Is it possible to order breakfast? What does the breakfast include?

Yes, breakfast can be ordered at the hotel reception. Breakfast is served in the lounge area on the 11th floor and consists of various rolls, rye bread, yogurt with muesli, oatmeal and corn flakes, pancakes with syrup, pastry, various marmalades, cheeses, and cold cuts as well as tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. Prices: DKK 119 per adult per day and DKK 89 per child per day.

Are there towels in the apartment?

Yes, you will find towels, slippers, and bathrobes in your apartment.

Which television channels are available?

Is it possible to rent a meeting room?

Yes, at Kirk Stay we command a meeting room with seating for 8 people. To book the meeting room, please address the reception. Kirk Stay makes reservations for sold out days.

Can I smoke in the apartments?

Indoor and outdoor smoking are prohibited in all apartments and on hotel areas. You will be charged a fee ranging between DKK 5.000 to DKK 20.000 if you smoke on the property and an additional DKK 9.500 if you activate the alarm.

How often can I expect cleaning of my apartment?

We will clean your apartment every 4th day and exchange the bedding (unless a different procedure has been agreed).

Are the apartments child-friendly?

Yes, we welcome children in the apartments. High chair and baby crib can be borrowed at the hotel reception at additional charge (DKK 100 each per night).

Are there any accessible features available in the apartments?

No, the apartments do not have any accessible features.

How do I check-in and out?

To check-in, you must address the hotel reception via Zleep Hotels on the 11th floor.

What is the check-in / check out time?

Check in is from 2.00 pm until 10.00 pm. Please contact the reception beforehand, if you wish to check in after 10.00 pm. Check out is no later than 11.00 am. Early check in or late check out can be arranged at additional charge (beginning at DKK 500) upon availability and agreement with hotel reception. The charge depends on apartment type.

What is the price for an apartment at Kirk Stay?

Pricing is dynamic and varies based on season and chosen apartment starting from DKK 1499 per night.

How do I cancel my reservation, and what is the cancellation policy?

Your cancellation options depend on the length of your stay. Reference is made to the terms and conditions.

Where can I park my car?

You can park at Havneøen’s car park at the address Kahytten 2 7100 Vejle only a 2 minutes’ walk from the apartments. There are 10 charging stations available within the car park and direct entrance to Kirk Stay. Price per day: DKK 120.

How do I get from Kirk Stay to Billund Airport?

You can either drive or take a direct train to Billund Airport. The distance is 30 kilometers.

How many kilometers are there from Kirk Stay to Vejle Train Station?

There are 1,3 kilometers from Kirk Stay to Vejle Train Station.

Are the apartments close to Fjordenhus and Restaurant LYST?

Yes, Fjordenhus and LYST are located just across the street from Kirk Stay.

The nearest grocery shop is Føtex located on Strandgade only 750 meters from Kirk Stay.

It is not possible to have your national registered address at Kirk Stay. However, during long stays you are allowed to have your C/O address at Kirk Stay.

Are there any time limits to my stay?

No, you can stay for as long as you wish (upon availability).

How old do I have to be to book an apartment?

You must be 18 years old to book your own apartment.

Can I rent all the apartments for a bigger event?

Yes, it is possible to rent all apartments upon availability. Please give us a call if you are planning a bigger event. We are happy to support you.

Can I host a party in the apartments?

Yes, you are welcome to host a party. In consideration of other guests, music is allowed until midnight.
